Reflection

A son and his father were walking on the mountains.

Suddenly, his son fall, hurts himself and screams, “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!”

To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!”

Curious, he yells, “Who are you?”

He receives the answer, “Who are you?”

Angered at the response, he screams, “Coward!”

He looks to his father and asks, “What’s going on?”

The father smiles and says, “ My Son, pay attention.”

And then he screams to the mountain, “I admire you!” The voice answers, “I admire you!”

Again the man screams, “You are a champion!” The voice answers, “You are a champion!”

The boy is surprised, but does not understand.

Then the father explains, “People call this ECHO, but really this is life”.

It gives you back everything you say or do.

Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.

If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart.

If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence.

This relationship applies to everything in all aspects of life. Life will give you back everything you have given to it.

Your life is not coincidence. It’s reflection of you!

Failure

What is failure? Well technically speaking if you intend to achieve some goals and could not make it, it is failure.

Wow!!! What a vague definition but still very true.. Failure is a multifaceted term consisting of facets like social, psychological, economic, personal and professional. Every individual has to go through some of these faceted failures. Of course intensity may vary.
The debate could be what is the most dangerous facet. There are some unlucky individuals who face all facets at the same time.

The common tendency will be to run away from everyone. Believe me it is very effective for short period. Lets call this phase as hibernation.
If you ran too far, you will be lost and then. a fiasco will happen.

What will be the good way? I think make fun of your failures and laugh hard.
Believe me if you can laugh on your failures, you will find some way or at least for time you will forget everything.

Now lets put our head together… Should we be afraid of failure ? Being in field of research and development, my success rate is less than 45%. The question I asked my self , am I a loser? Statistically speaking yes.
In reality , not really. Why?? It is not enough to succeed. Others must fail. Some day I am failure side and some day others are on failure branch. Don’t you think that a minute's success pays the failure of years? Definitely…

Success isn't permanent, and failure isn't fatal.
If you have made mistakes, even serious ones, there is always another chance for you. What we call failure is not the falling down but the staying down.

But you know what, may its time to change the definition. I have accepted the brand new definition of Success .

Sir Winston Churchill has a new definition of success.
“Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.”

So lets march towards it without thinking too much.
